Designing Smiles Dental

At first I was impressed with the cleanliness of this office and and the staff seemed nice and helpful. Then the problems began. The dentist gave me an antibiotic for an infection in my mouth and after 5 days I called to tell him that it did not seem to be working. He refused to give me anything else so I had no choice but to suffer on. Even though I was disappointed by this I called to make an appointment to start the dental work and I was told they could not help me. This confused me at first then I realized the doctor didn't want to treat me since I communicated that the antibiotics were not working. STRANGE. What kind of doctor would refuse to treat a patient for communicating. BEWARE! I also remembered some paperwork they had me sign on my first visit to the effect that all dental work is not a success, and that they cannot guarantee results. Definite problems at this place, looks like they may have had some lawsuits.

Visited Designing Smiels for a cleaning and was pleasantly suprised about the cost and service I got. They offered me some refreshments will I waited. The Doctor was very nice and friendly and did a wonderful job on my cleaning.

Highly recommend them.
