Broadway Family Dental Care

I have been a patient here quite some time and the staff hate me. The receptionist had the guts to ridicule me for not being able to pay one month due to financial issues! How can you be comfortable around individuals like this? And the dentist could care less whether my teeth is getting better or not!

I TOOK MY SON 1/6/2012 FOR HIS ROOT CANAL AND CROWNS TO BE PUT IT WAS 6 OF THEM. WELL DENTIST WAS VERY ROUGH ON MY SONS MOUTH AND INJECTED SOME LOCAL ANESTHESIA AND RIGHT AWAY SHE STARTED DRILLING OMG! MY SON SCREAMED HIS LUNGS OUT!! HE WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN I TOLD THE DENTIST MY SON SAYS ITS HURTS A LOT!! SHE WAS LIKE NO IT DOESN'T! HE IS NUMB! LIKE SHE WAS SO SURE. THEN I WAS LIKE CAN Y'ALL SEDATE HIM OR DO Y'ALL DO THAT HERE? SHE SAID NO WE DONT BUT THERE IS SOME THAT DO. AND AFTER SHE HAD INJECTED MY SON AND FINISHED ON ONE SIDE OF HIS MOUTH SHE SAID BUT IF YOU WANT I CAN STOP RIGHT NOW AND YOU COULD GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST THAT DOES SUCH SEDATION! ...I SWEAR! I NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE! MY POOR BABY IS TRAUMATIZED! HE HATES THAT PLACE! AND I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND HIM, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
