I've received flowers from this florist several times when my mom sends me flowers through 1800-flowers and i love them every time!! They're always full and fresh and colorful! I put in an order directly through Bluebonnet Florist for my best friend and they're so professional and nice over the phone. They let me make a custom order and were very accommodating. They're definitely going to be getting my business from now on :)

Spent almost 130.00 on flowers for a funeral and they were awful. Little skimpy vase with a few flowers that were not even opened. Would not recommend this florist to anyone. The handwriting looked like a 3 yr old wrote on the card.. My husband ordered these through FTD not realizing they charged 17.50 for delivery. What a rip off...

Just received my flowers, they are BROKEN and half DEAD. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
They get one star only because you have to give at least 1. STAY AWAY from this place!

I aw 2 negative posts after ordering flowers for my sisters anniversary and got worried...( we ordered through FTD and then found out what florist they were using) but even though flowers came a day late they were pretty. However, the next day all the petals fell off. That was a waste of 90.00 and it turns out the florist is bad. We are trying to get our money back from FTD. I will post if they are not helpful as well.

My husband wanted to get me some flowers for Valentine's Day and have them delivered to my office. He went through FTD and FTD used this florist to put my arrangment together and make the delivery. When the flowers never showed up I didn't really think anything of it since I know how busy florists can get especially on Valentine's Day. I just figured that they would probably show up after I left work. When I returned the next day they still weren't there.
I called FTD around 1pm to see where the arrangement was. FTD called the florist and then told me that the arrangement had been made and was ready to deliver on Valentine's Day but for some reason it didn't make it out to the truck. She assured me that it would be rushed right over to me and I would receive them within the hour. I never got them. So I called FTD back to find out where they were and they contacted the florist again but was not able to get a straight answer.
Right afterI left work they showed up. The man delivering the flowers gave my coworker a lot of attitude and then told her that I said I'd be here until 4:30. That's a lie. I have class in the evenings and I'm never at work that late. Half the flowers were crushed! It looked like it was just rolling around in the back of someone's van for the past two days. And to top it off, it is not what my husband ordered at all. They didn't even include a vase like they promised...it was a stinkin mason jar. I wish they would have included the lid...
My husband just wanted to do something nice and thoughtful for Valentine's Day and it turned into an entire ordeal. We are proceeding to dispute this charge with our credit card company. There is no way we're paying for this!
