As a long time client of Bella Spatique, I continue to be amazed at the level of service in this easy-to-access salon on Westheimer, across from Rice Epicurean and Central Market. Amy's facials leave me with a glowing comforted complexion and the complimentary upper body massage is an added bonus. Be sure to follow with Qui's relaxing mani and pedi - they are perfection!

I used to be a client of this business until I saw the true colors of the owner. Be ware!

I have been to every salon in town looking for a good nail person like the one I had in Austin. I finally found Amy (owner) at Manos y Mas, which is no longer in business. Amy is great and I have followed her everywhere she has been. Bella Spatique is a wonderful, friendly place and I feel at home every time I am there. Amy has been doing my nails for about 10 years and I am extremely picky. She is great, but is not taking new nail customers. She has trained all of her staff herself, so they are just as good as she is. Everyone there is professional and friendly. I go there for nails, pedicure, waxing, and facials. \r \r I have referred many people to Bella Spatique and they are regulars now. Bella Spatique is great!!!! Very clean and professional!

I've been a customer for 3 plus years and have never been disappointed. The manicures are perfect (and I have wimpy nails); the pedicures will make you purr; and the facials are excellent. I'm scheduling a day there and calling it my vacation this summer! I've recommended Bella Spatique to several friends who are now regulars too.

I had my first experience at Bella Spatique today. A friend had highly recommended that I go there. I must admit that when I pulled into the parking lot in front of the spa, my first impression was that this would be a mediocre strip mall nail salon, and I was surprised my friend was so high on the place. It is not lavish outside or inside. However, once I walked in my first impression did a 180. The staff was extremely friendly. It was a weekday (a Friday), but was still pretty crowded (a good sign). I did the ""Princess for a Day"" package, which included a massage, facial, pedicure, manicure, and lunch. I feel that I definitely got very high qualify service for the price. Edna did my massage; she was awesome. Amy (the owner) did my facial; I've had a lot of facials, but this one was unique and my face felt fabulous afterwards. Lilya did my pedicure in a private room and it was perfect. Lilly did a good job on my manicure. I always worry about getting cut when I get my nails done, but both Lilya and Lilly were very careful and very skilled with the nippers ... so no mishaps. The lunch, ordered from next door, was very good ... as was my glass of wine. What was really neat was that I ran into two other ladies that I know, one there for the first time like me, and the other who has been going there for 6 years! I am really picky about sanitation, and I felt very comfortable that all the equipment had been sterilized and nothing was being re-used (like nail files or buffers). Even the paraffin treatment that was part of my manicure was done using plastic bags to hold the wax, so that I didn't have to dip my hand into a ""communal"" wax container. I was happy with all my treatments and all my providers, and I will definitely go back!

Amy is the best manicurist in town. She takes such good care of me and my nails. I have followed her everywhere because quality work is hard to find. She takes her time and is so delicate when cutting my cuticles. The polish is always flawless. The spa is very warm and inviting. Her girls are very friendly and skilled. I will go nowhere else.

I've been coming to Bella regularly for over 2 years. Amy does my manicures and Quy (""Kwi"") my pedicures, and I'm ALWAYS satisified. Amelia takes care of my brows, and she's great too.

I have been going to Amy (owner/nail majician) for 8+ years ever since she was the jewel at Manos y Mas. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism is OUTSTANDING! When I'm at work or at play, I ALWAYS get compliments on how great my nails and toes look. She has trained all her staff to be equally exceptional. Bella is not overpriced, but definitely super hygenic and personalized. Bella bends over backwards to accomodate its customers. And the massages are amazing as well. I overwhelmingly recommend Bella and seriously doubt the validity of the two negative postings. Amy and Bella are the kept affordable secret in town!

Hands down. This popular place is so conveniently located in the Highland Village. I just LOVE the ambience and the staff. I cannot imagine getting pampered like I did anywhere else for the money I spent. A real value considering the quality and attention I received from the staff. Yes, it is hard to book an appointment sometimes and they do require a credit card for reservations of long appointments. I think that's reasonable in my book. Especially since I got more than what I paid for. For sure I'm now a regular. Thanks, Bella spatique!!!

they treat customers like children--you have to leave a credit card number to even make a reservation! (this is a mani-pedi, not dinner at tony's!). I had car trouble and called to say that I might not make it. the receptionist said that I was going to be charged if I didn't show. fortunately I got a ride and got ther about 15 minutes late. I apologized so many times, but the lady that was servicing me treated me like a was a kid. she was very rude and rough. she gave me pretty much a polish change and charged me for the full service! I was better off fixing my car than coming at all. NEVER AGAIN!
