    I would recommend to my friend, because I had a good experience with my move. I moved with american knights moving five times and they always do a great job. I will definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

    We were very happy with our move. From our initial call everything was very professional. Their years of experience really showed. They got right to work and were quick and efficient. You can't go wrong with this company and I would use them again without question.

    They wrapped up all my furniture including a piano and packed everything safely and efficiently into the truck in no time at all, even helping me pack a few last minute things- these guys really know what they're doing

    We are military and had to relocate from the south to the state of Washington. I was very clear that I needed an empty weight truck ticket before at the point of orgin and a full weight ticket at the destination. I called to even make sure it was in the directions for the drivers. Then the drivers came late and caused me to have to reschedule other events and then because I had to rush off, I didn't have the opportunity to even think to verify they had the empty tickest, which they did not. However, the movers themselves worked hard and quickly. Then, I get to my destination and I am told it may take up to 10 more days to get my household goods and they would give me 24 hour notice. I started work and lived life with my 3 kids on air mattresses which was fine. One day I get a call saying the movers will be at my house in a few hours. Fine, I was happy to get my household together. Then, I get there and they can't get the truck down the drive way and it's 3pm. The two movers wouldn't listen to get a smaller truck and make a couple trips, instead they carted items almost 100 yards from the truck. I finally saw that this way was going to take forever. I just ended up taking my suburban back and forth to get items and finally I started moving boxes myself. I wanted to sleep to be at work at 6:30am in the morning. We were moving until 2am and then of course, I wanted at least my beds set up and nothing else was moved really where it was needed. I asked if my weight tickets were in the paperwork, they said yes, showing me yellow tickets. I couldn't see in the dark and assumed these guys knew what I needed because I had called and asked twice. I took a few hours of sleep and then went to work. I brought the paperwork to look through the next morning and the tickets were from Texas, not from where our destination started nor where it ended. And after calling and leaving messages, and emailing with no responses, I am basically forced to not get the rest of my moving allowance from the military and forced to pay back the $3,984 that I was advanced. I am considering talking to one of JAG officers and asking what can be done.
