Advance Executive Transportation

Driver had no knowledge of the company's policy, when I asked a simple question in regards to the service and the amount of time if we needed a few more minutes, the driver replied no problem sir, don't worry I'm here for you.



For a matter of minutes I was charged $55.00 dollars, with no notification.



I would not recommend this service to anyone, owner was rude and unreasonable when I called, often spoke over me and did not listen, and replied with my drivers just drive they don't know how the company works.... I find that odd, that employees don't know their employers policies...



We also used a company in friendswood named Boss. Great service, 5 stars!!
