    No water in your house, even over night, is NO FUN!!! You just don't realize how often you turn a handle for water... We called & were given the option of you coming right out but figured we could wait a few hours. We were scheduled for the afternoon, but you called to let us know you could get here for a earlier morning appointment. The plumber & his assistant (forgot his name...) came in, assessed the situation, gave us a couple of options, & got to work! His assistant gave us a plumbing overview while we talked - May be looking into a new hot water heater... BOTH guys were VERY informative, professional, & friendly. No pressure to upgrade, just gave us our options & let us make our decisions. We've had two "emergencies" that your company has responded to & had a great response, reasonably priced, & good people to work with. THANKS!!

    To begin with, I was a little stressed when the technician showed up. I had to leave for a doctors appointment in 15 minutes & I was stressed with the lack of time I had with your technician. However, he quickly began his inspection and worked quickly and efficiently as I watched. Although I hated to leave, I had to in order to make my other appointment. The technician told me as I left that he would be done in about 10 minutes & would call me when he was done with his recommendations. Sure enough, I had pictures texted to me and a call shortly after that. I was quickly informed of my issue and the technician would still be in the area and would stop by when I was done at the doctor. Needless to say, he went out of his way to assist us with replacing our HVAC system. He worked to get us approved and make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase. His customer focus and friendliness quickly changed my frustrated attitude from when he first showed up at our door. I most definitely will recommend you to our friends and neighbors. And most of all because of the customer service we received from our technician. While I think about it, he either called me sir or Mr. Jon the entire time we were together. His respect to the customer was very impressive. Could you please thank him again for us! We look forward to seeing him for AC check-up in the spring!

    Starting with the initial phone call, the customer service rep was very friendly, professional & efficient. Received very prompt service from both your company and Bionics. The technician was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. He explained to me what the problem was, showed me the part that was damaged and showed me the new part. He showed me a problem with the overflow drain on the water heater that was a result of the way that the water heater was originally installed, and fixed the issue. He also keep me informed of the status on the repair (ie, the wait time to receive the new part, what steps he was preforming and when he completed a step, to how long a certain step would that to complete). I am completely satisfied with the very professional service proved by your company. And would recommend you to anyone who ask for advice on who to call. Thank you for your prompt service.

    Wow, Royce was terrific! He had been to our home once before, and my husband and I liked him so well, I requested him the next time we had a plumbing issue. He not only fixed all four of our issues to our satisfaction, he had no problem adding a few more things to his list, after returning from picking up his supplies! In addition to our plumbing issues, we also had some electrical ones as well. Y'all sent an electrician out the same day, and around the same time, to make my life easier. As an added bonus, the repairmen were both friends and really enjoyed working together. Royce even offered to help move a table, so the electrician could access the ceiling fan a little easier. I'm so happy. Thank you!

    Since the sheetrock was dry to the touch and the plumber couldn't find any problems after checking others areas in the house that may have caused the leak in the utility room, the only thing he could do at that point was to cut the sheetrock to get to the plumbing. I didn't want to cut into the sheetrock unless I absolutely had no other alternative. He then recommended Bionics to test for moisture behind the wall and was kind enough to immediately call them for me. When they came out the next day they confirmed the area behind the sheetrock was totally dry. I would like to give a big "thank you" to our plumber for his help in solving my problem. i really appreciate him calling Bionics because it saved me having to spend a lot of time and effort for nothing since there was not any moisture behind the wall. I will highly recommend you to anyone that asks and I will not hesitate to call if I have a problem again.

    The plumber understood right away what the problem was with our sprinkler system. He had to do some above-ground re-piping, after explaining that to me, and he insulated the new pipes. Then he replaced the old on/off valve, which had failed, with a different kind of valve that is much easier to use. Now I don't need to use a tool to turn the sprinklers on and off! He is a very competent, courteous young man.

    I always fear of calling companies to fix issues at my house because I know something WILL go wrong. But this time, I was wrong. We called Abacus - call center operator was courteous and professional, the technician came on time, in a nicely maintained truck, wearing an easily identifiable uniform and the problem was fixed, and it was fixed well. How could you not rate Abacus the best? I have already recommended Abacus to my neighbor

    As usual, you responded to my problem regarding my thermostat and the technician checked it out for me and told me how to resolve it. While he was here, he did the HVAC check and changed the filter for me. I am always amazed at how fast your company responds and how courteous the attendants and technicians are. They make me feel special and help me feel secure about how my house operates. You're like family.

    This company we can always rely on. Our technician is a definite asset to Abacus. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in the HVAC field. He has a very easy going demeanor, and never once acted as if too many questions were being asked. He dutifully covered his shoes each and every time he came into our house. He respected our property. We are very impressed with him and hope if we ever have any issues requiring the assistance from an expert, we have the fortune of having his help again. My husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the work He did for us. What a relief to have someone so pleasant to help us, and a company that is so responsive to a customers needs.
