The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable taking the time to explain the process he was going to perform. I was amazed he let me view the inside of the drain through his camera. He also provided us with some helpful tips about what we should only be putting in the garbage disposal and what not to.

The technician has performed work at my home before. He is very through and professional. He is also prompt and cleans up thoroughly when complete. He is also very courteous. One other thing I liked about him is he spoke very highly about the company and how long he had worked there.

They came in when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The installers laid a temporary carpet on the floor to protect the wood floor. The installer showed me how to use the new thermostat and told me when Jay came out to inspect their work he would show me how to connect the thermostat to Wi-Fi. All work was done properly. The A/C is about 3 to 4 times more quiet than the one they removed. There was some damage done to the sheet rock in the garage (small hole where something was dropped through) and it was no problem getting that repaired. I didn't have to do anything. I didn't even have to discover it myself. They showed it to me and told me it has already been reported and is set to be repaired at my convenience. They did everything.

In late May, or early June, Abacus Plumbing rerouted my kitchen sink drain line because the existing drain line had apparently buckled beneath the house. However, due to the heavy rains we received, unbeknownst to the technicians who performed the work, a small section of the new line buckled afterwards as a result of the ground shifting due to all the rain and was not allowing the drain water to properly flow towards the main drain line. Although I was unaware of the drain line issue, I was having a problem with standing water in the vicinity of the drain line clean-out cap, so I called Abacus Plumbing an described my concern, and within an hour a technician arrived at my house and quickly assessed the situation. Within 2 hours later, another technician arrived and did a further analysis of the problem and decided to run a camera through the pipe. First thing this morning, all the technicians were here and ran a camera through the pipe and quickly located an area of standing water in the drain that concerned them and they decided the best course of action would be to replace that portion of the line. Within the hour, the technicians and crew dug down to the questionable section of the drain line and spliced in a new section of pipe that was approximately 8' long. They subsequently leak checked it and also checked my irrigation system for leaks. Which, incidentally they did locate a small leak and corrected, but probably not enough of a leak to cause the overall problem of standing water.

My technician was truly the most pleasant technician that your company has ever sent me... he did a great job of explaining what I needed and being patient when I went with the "Band-Aid" approach of fixing the bare minimum. For now at least. He was timely, professional, and cheerful and was not even bothered by the cats supervising him.

Our technician was very polite and kind. I wasn't sure I needed the service call since my A/C appeared to start working properly after I called however, thought I'd maintain my appointment just to make sure. He was very thorough and determined that (after spending at least an hour checking EVERYTHING) there was a small issue. This diagnosis will probably save me money in the long run and also puts my mind at ease that all is more than great! Thanks so much!

Our technician was very knowledgeable and made sure the job of replacing our AC coils was done right. In the heat of the summer, our AC was back up and running quickly and in a dependable fashion. We were very satisfied with him and the other installers.

This past weekend I faced the issue of a water leak in my guest bathroom, and thinking it might be a blocked AC Drain overflowing to that area, I had to shut off my AC and go to stay with family until I could get a plumber or AC man, depending on the issue. None of my usual local helpers could even call me back and when they finally did they could only schedule me for late this week. Wanting to get this fixed promptly, I got the yellow pages and picked ABACUS mainly because your two page ad with it's certifications and all is impressive, and secondly, I've seen your television commercials often.
