Our technician was very helpful and patient with our situation. He wore sole covers for the bottom of his boots to protect our flooring before entering our home. He thoroughly explained our alternatives so we could work toward a solution. Before beginning, he checked in with his manager to let him know the progress of work being completed.

The plumber's knowledge of the tankless water heater system exceeded my expectations which resulted in a quick and accurate resolve of the fault. He had my unit back on line in the shortest time possible. I must also mention that the Customer service rep's support in the office and phone calls to me were important in getting the unit back on line and I am grateful to her. Once again I am totally satisfied with your company.

The technician was simply great as was his co-worker. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Did all the work in a timely manner and explained what was wrong and how he corrected it. I love professionalism.

After initial contact in the morning we were told the technician would arrive between 3 and 6 the same afternoon but that it could be earlier. Indeed they were at our home within a 1/2 hour or so and addressed the issue. We were very impressed with the timeliness. The competency was never in question.

Abacus is always there when you need them even on a Saturday. We have had manny issues with our house and Abacus has corrected them all especially the latest electrical issue that has been around for multiple years. The Abacus Electrical Technician took the time to find and correct every issue. Abacus service people are the best in the industry and I would highly recommend them. You may pay a little more but you certainly get what you pay for. Excellent products and professional people.

My call was answered Christmas evening which allowed for a service call the next day. The leak in the attic was repaired and a new water tank installed on the same day. I was able to have water to the house back on and that was great since we had out of town guests visiting. Thank you very much!

On Friday 12/11/2015 we had an issue at home when my wife ran the washing machine, water came out from one of the toilets. We called a rescue rooter company and after going through the pipe with a snake and then with a camera they told us that the problem was the main pipe drain below the house/slab which was broken because of roots and need to be replaced with total cost of 32k...insisting us that we have to do it asap to avoid more problems in the foundation. In order to have a second opinion, we had the great idea to call Abacus. We explained the situation to the technician and he did an inspection with a camera on the drain pipe telling us that there was not any root and breaks in the pipe and the problem was caused by built up dirt and grease in it. Later came his supervisor and recommended us to clean it up first with a jet system and check again with a camera..bottom line the problem was solved due to the HONESTY and professionalism of our plumbers!!! Great job Abacus!!

As a club member, I scheduled this appointment as an annual inspection. I was impressed with the technician when I met him at the front door. He was pleasant and polite with clear identification, and a uniform that was clean and crisp. I mention this because his appearance was consistent with the technicians assigned to my previous service calls. To me, this speaks volumes to the company's standards and the priority they place on customer service. I was equally impressed with his technical knowledge and skills, and his eagerness address other problems. When he left, I felt relieved to have several nagging plumbing problems resolved, which is the state of mind I expect to experience when I hire professionals. Thanks for maintaining your high industry standards, and applying same in your hiring practices.

Scheduling our appointment for an estimate was quick and easy. We received a courteous phone call letting us know when the technician would be arriving. Antoine arrived almost to the minute of the scheduled time. He proceeded to perform a very thorough diagnostic of the 3 HVAC units. His competency was immediately apparent when he discovered a control board failure that two previous (different) companies had missed. Antoine was very easy to deal with. He communicated to me what they could provide and their core values. He did a great job explaining the little things to me while he was looking at the units. I never got the feeling that he was rushing to get this estimate over-with and I never felt that he wanted me to just go away and leave him alone while he was doing his work. I had a followup phone call with the Operations Manager and had a great feeling about you as a company as I hung up the phone. I'm sold, I will be using them for this repair and all of our future AC needs. I will probably use them for my plumbing and electrical needs also since their employees believe in the company core values so strongly.

The technician was honest about the problem and was not pushy about selling products. or extra services. Because of that, I will be calling on their services in the future and will recommend them to friends.
