    Fantastic job!!! The plumber replaced the water heater, and installed a whole home carbon filter and water softener. He did the job competently and in a timely fashion. Everything I've read and heard about your company is right on the money!

    Our technician came out to clear our main drain line last week and from start to finish he did a great job and was very knowledgeable and professional. He called in advance to let us know that he would be at our house in 45 minutes which he was. He stayed very late and completed the job and explained in great detail what the job entailed. He went above and beyond in following up to get the problem completely resolved.

    We signed up for the BAM AC/Heater Inspection program with Abacus. We had our first AC inspection on April 13, 2015. The tech that came out took a look at our system and immediately told us that we had mold in our plenum and that our whole system was in poor condition. Well, what he did not know is that my contractor was also at the house at the same time. My contractor is certified in mold detection and removal. His opinion was that we did not have mold anywhere as we would be able to smell it and mold lives in places where air is not circulating. Air is flowing through the plenum when ever the AC is on. To replace the plenum the quote was $1,680. Then he went as far as to tell us we needed a new coil because it was rusted. Our system is only 6 years old and it is a 16 seer. To install a 5 ton all aluminum box with plenum was quoted at $3,680. He also said we were low by 3 pounds so he charged the system at $60 per pound. We let him leave after paying for the coolant. I called my regular AC guy who installed the system and he said a plenum should cost no more than $450. That is a huge difference in pricing. So my AC guy came out. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my system. In fact, he said it was in great condition. And my AC guy only charges $20 a pound to charge a system. Another rip off. So Abacus is a bunch of fibbers! On top of that they over charged my system. Great. So I paid for more coolant than I really needed. So bottom line is that Abacus takes advantage of its customers which is a really crappy business model. I will never use them again. I will find a mom and pop company who is honest and cares about its customers. Goodbye Abacus!

    I had called to set up the work to replace both primary drain lines and seal plumbers hub with pvc bushing. The job was completed quickly. The lead man showed me what they did and explained it. This was very helpful. The job was well done thanks.

    We are really impressed with the installation. The job was finished ahead of time and beyond our expectation. Your technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very well dressed (which was not generally seen from other installers). Your price was competitive. The BAM member price was also nice. Your 10-year warranty on all parts (not just compressor) and a 1-year BAM service were also a plus. We wished it was available from our old installer since our condenser system failed short of the 10-year period. We would give your technician a 10+ rating any time.
