AAA Auger Plumbing Services

I MADE AN APPOINMENT AND I WAS TOLD A TIME AND DATE, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AND I DID NOT EVEN GET A PHONE CALL TO RE SCHEDULE OR TO LET ME KNOW THEY WOULD NOT MAKE IT. I WAITED ALMOST 8 HRS FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER THE FOLLOWING DAY. I AM GLAD IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. WHEN SOMEONE IS LATE OR DOES NOT SHOW UP AT ALL, REFLECTS THE POOR CHARACTER AND UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THAT PERSON OR COMPANY.

I am in my fifties and a widower, so some times when things need fixing i have to hire someone to help. A-AAuger Plumbing is wonderful. They were prompt and respectful of my house. They came out and were honest when I had questions. They also didn't waste any time and the rates were pretty reasonable. All in all a great experience.
