STAR Pilates + Yoga is a private studio catering to all ages and fitness levels. We also specialize in rehabilitative and therapeutic Pilates and yoga. Preschool/Big Kid Yoga Jungle and Teen Yogini Yoga workshops offered.

All sessions are lead by your own personal certified Pilates and yoga instructor. Each session is specifically designed for the client depending on fitness level, experience, possible conditions/injuries or rehabilitative needs, and the goals of the client. Various packages are offered depending on the client's goals and preferences including nutrition and wellness counseling. Discounts and packages available. Power Lunch Yoga weekdays and Saturday morning sessions offered; privates available-- Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Iyengar. The results you want for the changes you need at prices you can afford. We are located at the opposite corner end of the Nationwide Insurance Building at 406 F Norristown Road next door to Salon Nochea and across from Sawmill Cleaners.

STAR Pilates + Yoga offeres private and semi-private instruction with certified trainers, beautiful Peak Pilates Classical Studio Reformers for the most comfortable and precise workout, newly designed studio space with hardwood floors, dressing room, prompt scheduling, group yoga with individualized attention and private parking.
