Uncle Bo's Pupu Bar & Grill

Uncle Bo's is an institution for locals on Oahu that know how good it is. Their Kapahulu location is pretty low key looking from the outside and you'd never know how trendy and cool it is until you went inside. The servers are mostly pretty girls (don't we all love beauty?) that are well trained and very friendly. The menu here is local style that's been upgraded a bit. Whatever that means! Anyway, it's kind of pan-asian cuisine with lots of fresh fish. When friends come from out of town we like to take them here to show them that Hawaii's got some good local style restaurants with style.
