        Bad Management

        My friend was staying in the Marriot Hotel, which is where Spada is located. And I was just outside sitting in the grass waiting for her to change to go have dinner at Spada. And two gentelmen came out side one of whom who is named Chris Sanger. According to the front desk at the Marriot. As i was ease dropping, I heard the General manager ask the employee why he was talking to other staff about health Insurance. The employee then said that he is entitled to insurance under the Hawaii state law. Which is over 20 hours I guess. Any way's the manager started to get upset with the employee and told him to go home and he would call him when he is needed. So this poor guy pretty much got fired from his job or suspended for asking for Health Insurance. WOW. This place needs to be better managed. Who know how many corners they cut. How could some one loose their job over benefits that are entitled to them. Especially in the sad state of our economy. And based on this I would never dine with people who behave in that manner. POOR MANAGEMENT AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I feel so sorry for the guy who is out of a job. Or who might be blackmailed with his job in hopes of silencing him for benefits that he is supposed to be given.
