        I had and appointment with one their property managers for a showing and didn't care for it much. He ended up having a few other vacancies in the area and with no appointment allowed me to see them (hope he wasn't on lunch). Found one I liked and told him sign me up. First time I filled out an application online and the rental docs were also electronic. Moved in with no hassle. So far so good!
