The customer service at PacMed is absolutely terrible! The manager there was extremely rude and argued with me when I tried to return a $40 item. Instead of simply informing me that it was not their policy to accept returns after 7 days, he argued with me and insisted that the medicare nurse was wrong in informing me that I purchased the wrong product. Therefore, it appeared that he was not going to accept my return because "he thought" the product was similar to what I needed to get and that the nurse was wrong. I am sure this manager is neither a nurse or doctor. As a customer I need to defer to the health care professional's opinion and not to this so-called manager's opinion. Only after that exchange did he inform me of their return policy. I pointed out that the invoice made no mention of their return policy and that the girl I purchased the item from did not inform me that I had to return the item by a certain time. I would definitely avoid purchasing anything from them. You can get better customer service from Hawaiian Islands Medical, Dauterman's, or Apria.
