Established in 1986, Oahu Care Facility is a more than 80-bed nursing home that provides intermediate and skilled levels of care services. The facility includes large recreation and dining areas on each floor, storage area for personal belongings, and a therapy room for rehabilitation services and restorative nursing care. Its skilled nursing services include intravenous and pain management, respiratory treatment, and diabetic and hospice care. Oahu Care Facility offers a wide variety of rehabilitation services, such as physical, speech and occupational therapy, consultations, discharge planning, and financial and medical assistances.
