Moana Pacific Aoao

I have lived here for a little over a year. It's a nice place with a good location and great amenities. There are a lot of military renting here and most of the residents are very nice. Most of the security guards are nice and polite but there are these two Samoan guys, one really young and one middle-aged guy who treat the residents badly. The young guy has an attitude problem and the older guy yells at people. It's irritating to pay so much to live in a nice place and have it ruined intermittently by this guy who wants to act like he owns the place. The resident manager is a grouch too and discriminates against the residents who are not owners. The owners do that too... they always ask people if they own their place. "Would you be nicer if I did???" Our rent pays the maintenance fees just as much as the owners mortgages...
