        Bad Management

        I have just come from MacDonalds on Beretania. There is nothing wrong with the food. I always go for my senior coffee and the new mango/peach pie. The problem is management. Do you not train them to help their workers? This girl did not know how to enter coupons that 2 kids and their mother were using. The girl kept waiting for help, and there was only one line @ 7pm and everyone in line was getting mad. I had to yell at her manager t get over and help her. Why are your restaurants always short staffed. Why can't they call in workers to help. I had the same experience at the Waialae Rest. that has since closed to remodel. Again a women manager was barking out orders to employee's that where in the back of the work area. I really got upset to hear her keep yelling out orders rather than go back there and talk. I started to walk out but went back and asked to talk to her. I told her I was upset hearing her yell and everyone was looking at her. She apologized but I said she should know better being a manager. Are these people on power trips? Its so low class. Get your act together and start training these people. If this keeps up you're going to lose clients to the other fast food. Their coffee is just a good and they are right across the street.
