        A local favorite. An institution in Hawaii. All the comfort foods you crave, with that homemade taste. The food is always consistent and tasty, I have never eaten anything bad here. While the prices have gone up over the years, it is not by a large amount, and the food portions are good. This restaurant truly has an authentic diner feel. I love the atmosphere. I hope they stay in business a very long time.

        Like Like Drive Inn was started by James and Alice Nako in Hawaii 1953 and has been in the family for 3 generations. The tradition continues with their daughter, Dora, son in law, Roy Hayashi, and their family. The restaurant has become a local landmark on Oahu, Hawaii, attracting local families & tourist alike. Like Like Drive-Inn has also been officially designated by the State of Hawaii as a place of historic interest.
