Lazar Joseph and Jason have been super kind, helpful, and accommodating during our pre-owned car purchase! We had been very stressed as we have had a tonne of obstacles thrown our way recently, so it was very refreshing when we walked into JN Chevrolet and met Lazar Joseph and Jason. From the beginning I felt like I could trust them with helping me find a reliable car, which unfortunately isn’t something I have found with any other car dealerships on island. They have been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and we really appreciate everything they’ve done to help us secure a reliable car within our budget!

The salesperson Anthony Au was polite, cordial, and informative about the vehicle we purchased. The same cannot be said about the Manager James Clark - This manager did not follow GMs own policy for my trade in. According to the GM website when I built my new Chevrolet, the fair trade-in price that was according to Kelley Blue Book was $4000 to $5000. This manager was deceptive and would only give less than half the GM websites quoted price. He offered me only $2000 for my trade-in. This was very disrespectful, and insulting to me as an educated customer who knows how much my trade in is actually worth. To put this into perspective, two different dealerships have already made offers on my trade in when I was car shopping - about 2-3 weeks time period, one offered $3850, and one offered $5000. I ended up purchasing my new car anyway because I had already made a down payment (non-refundable) on it when I special ordered, and left without trading in my old car; which I later sold for $6000. Long story short, I sold my would be trade-in for $6000 privately - the one James Clark said was only worth $2000. My advice is, it seems they might try to severely lowball you on your trade if they know you've made a non-refundable down payment. Please be careful, and be an educated buyer.

I purchased my car at JN Chevrolet almost 1 yr and half ago and love this place. Ben always takes good care of my cars needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Cudos to the Service Department at JN Chevrolet.

We purchased our first vehicle from JN Chevrolet nearly a year ago, we went back because of our sales associate Lori Clarke, very professional and knowledge-based on meeting customer service and demand. She meant our needs and wants by putting us in a vehicle that fit our finance. A year, we traded in our vehicle and up graded, not only did our new sales associate Jimmy Barker step in when Lori wasn't there, but helped us get a low APR. More money means more in our savings and quality time with family. . Thank you JN for the upmost respect and quality business you provide. We always feel welcome and make us feel apart of the family.. Mahalo .

We purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe and the experience was the best I've had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman was Chuck Murray and he was extremely personal and accommodating to myself and my family. We brought the children and all of the staff were very nurturing to the children (balloons, popcorn, smiles, etc.). I would highly recommend buying your next car from this dealership.

I just bought a 2015 Tahoe. My vehicle pricing has $1145 of "Dealer Installed" options. My vehicle does NOT have these options installed. I have tried for 1 week to get these additional items. I have only had partial success. The way I have been treated by the so called "Managers" at JN Chevy following my purchase has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth.



They've wasted my time and my wifes time multiple times. The vehicle has been on island since at least 01 May 2014. "David" keeps telling me that my brand new vehicle is so new that they accidentally forgot to install these options. Utter Crap. It is my belief they deliberately add these items to the vehicle price and hope the customer doesn't notice they aren't installed. I only figured it out by accident.



The only positive aspect of the experience was my salesman, Myron Nishimura. He has been overly helpful in every aspect, but at the end of the day, he is only a salesman with no real power. Out of respect for his efforts and help, I gave JN Chevy a chance to rectify the situation. If you ignore all of this and still buy from JN, at least talk to Myron. Super nice guy



After being spoken to as if I were a child earlier today by "David" who is the Internet Sales Manager...well the nicety on my behalf is over. It's been 1 week since I noticed all the missing items. They've been partially given to me, with an open (ie: unknown) date for the remainder. I keep getting told "Monday" or "Tomorrow" for when I'll get my items.



JN Chevy has my phone number. You just don't treat someone who just spent $50,000 on a vehicle that way.

Do not buy from JN Chevrolet. Dont even waste your time going to look. This place has the absolute worst customer service when it comes to sales, finance and management. We had our vehicle over a month before they ever got an approval on it and never called us once to let us know what was going on. We called many many times, left messages, even drove down there and nobody cared. Its now been over 2 months that weve had the vehicle and still no license plate or registration. Weve had to go down there 2 extra times since buying the vehicle to get a new temporary registration wasting our own gas. All these people care about is getting you out the door with a car so they can make their money. As soon as youre gone its like you never existed even if your purchase is still pending. Its just one thing after another with this place. You are making a huge mistake if your considering buying from this place. I wish I could give zero stars. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!
