        My father was an independent agent here for many years. He spent decades in the insurance business and brought his book of business over from his previous agency over to American Mutual. In 2012 my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. After finding out he and my sister decided that my sister would carry on servicing his clients. My sister got licensed and was training with him to take over the business when he could no longer work.

        To make a long story short American Mutual took our family business away from my sister. A book of clients that my father had built for nearly 40 years. Shame on you American Mutual for taking a book of business my father built away from the family of a deceased agent!
