Xanadu Salon & Spa

Googled a salon that was open on Sunday and it happened to have a deal as well. Booked a massage, mani, & pedi for $165 and it was worth every penny! Exceptional treatment! Highly recommended.

i love going to xanadu its like that little spot where everyone knows your name and youre greeted like family. from the receptionist Gail, who always has the warmest most welcoming smile, the talented stylists who really make me feel like a celebrity when i leave to the nail techs that are so friendly and efficient. everyone and i mean always make my visits nothing but pleasant.

Last week I visited Xanadu salon for a hair cut after having a bad experience somewhere else my stylist who very friendly and professional.After telling her what had happen last week to my blond hair she offered some advise with out being pushy she was FANTASTIC!!! I showed a few pictures She understood and cut my hair into layers just as we had discussed. This was my first visit but won't be my last. Thank you Xanadu,

I called to book an appt. to get my hair cut, and specifically asked for a stylist that specialized in short hair. OF COURSE, the receptionist told me everyone was good. That was one big fat lie, because the person that cut my hair must've just gotten out of school, and was absolutely clueless.



My virgin hair was past my shoulders and I wanted a short cut with some layers. So I brought in some pictures and fully discussed it with my stylist, Jeanelle. I thought we had a meeting of the minds when agreeing on a pixie. She stared at my hair for a while, as if thinking, and then took out her clippers and started to buzz my head. It was too late for me to say anything. The damage had already been done before I could open my mouth. I did ask her what the heck she was doing to my hair? She was going to shave it all around and leave the top about 4 inches. WHAT??? That is nothing close to what we discussed! I was the last customer of the day and Jeanelle was the last stylist, so there was no one who could save me. And I wasn't about to walk out of the salon (I thought about it) with my hair the way it was, being one part shaved and the rest still long. What is left of my buzzed hair is not even shaped- it's anywhere from 1" to 1 and 1/2" at the longest point. Then on one side of my head it is buzzed down almost to my scalp. I have finally stopped crying. Luckily I am retired, so anywhere that I have to go I wear a hat to cover my head.

I have been a client of Xanadu for many years....I always leave the salon feeling great. From color to cuts to manicures to pedicures to massages to facials ....all services are wonderful and I keep returning for more. Anyone I sent to Xanadu becomes a client for life. Don't miss out on the best salon ever.
