        My Birthday Visit

        On Monday March 11th I visited Publix on the Young Circle in the evening hours to grab a few of my favorite Publix items to celebrate my 37th birthday with my family.

        Being mother to 9 children can often be quite challenging,dealing with services but there is always that one special person who comes along&saves the day with a kind smile&sincere hospitallity!

        On Monday that special person was a supervisor name Carol:)

        She turned an uncomfortable visit into a more then regular deli visit with her kindness&sincere customer service skills.

        I am a regular,yet frequent customer of Publix stores&through out my entire shopping experience,never have I wanted to highly reccommend an employee for their sincererity in their job performance as I feel deeply urged to do for Carol.

        She took control of an uncomfortable situation&made my family feel at ease;as well as serviced our needs in a very kind&respectful manner.

        She truly deserves to be acknowledged for her A+ effort to serve her customers&this customer would love to see more like her in a whole lot of places!:)

        Carol,I thanked you then&I do so again&say God bless you for having such a kind heart&being such a dedicated customer service provider!

        Publix is one of my favorite places to shop&because of your kind interveining I will remain a loyal customer.
