One Price Dry Cleaning

This drycleaner has damaged several articles of clothing over the years and is unwilling to make any kind of reparations, or even refund my money. Most recently I brought in a designer blouse that had all of the beading missing from it when I went to pick it up. I have learned to always check my clothing thoroughly before I leave. You can see where the thread had come out of the shirt and even some threads with beads were about to fall off. The owner was brought over to me after an employee saw the damage. The owner was berating, disrespectful and rude. He said he couldn't see the damage and I must have brought it that way. Sufice to say he would not have talked to my husaband that way, if he were the one making the complaint. They have also "lost" pants that belong to a very expensive mens suit. I thought they were hanging on the hanger inside the jacket when I picked up my drycleaning. When I got home and realized they were missing, I called the store right away and went back to the store with the order intact. I was told there was nothing they could do, since I had already left their store. I very rarely use this drycleaner, and find myself in a hurry on occassion, not thinking of the past mishaps and drop my clothes of in haste. After this last experience, I will never go back.
