I do not recommend the office in Hollywood, FL at all. I promise you it will be a complete waste of time. I called twice and left two messages on two different days just to try to talk to a human being, not a machine, to ask them a question about my medication and I waited 5 days and STILL haven't heard back from them. Now, I can't get it refilled because I "haven't been to the office since October and seen by a primary doctor." WELL, MAYBE IF I COULD CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE, NOT A MACHINE, TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS, I WOULDN'T HAVE TO GO TO URGENT CARE. And this isn't the first time I have called and been ignored! It is extremely frustrating that one cannot talk to a human being the day they call and that nobody even cares enough to return an important phone call when a message is left. There is always a long wait in the office when you can make an appointment and every, single appointment takes at least 2+ hours. It's always crowded and everyone working there seems so rushed. I can hardly even explain myself to the doctor as they start talking over me and rushing out the door. There clearly aren't enough people working there to accommodate the amount of patients and it makes for a very unpleasant experience. I will never go back, mostly because I can't even make an appointment most of the time to begin with.
