        Very poor attitude on the phone, like talking to someone whose mind is elsewhere, with a dull monotone. Promised follow up call and never called.

        No interest from me, and no sale.

        Horrible customer experience on the phone, they guy that answered is the rudest person and should not be answering the phone, I will never ever bring a pool pump to repair there.
