This was the worst salon experiences that I've ever had. The first time I booked an appointment, they canceled it without calling me so I showed up to an empty salon. Feeling bad about my situation, one of the workers gave me a $15 off coupon to use if I went back. I ended up re-scheduling online for the following week. I showed up right on time and waited 15 minutes before someone finally came out to greet me. My stylist got shampoo in my eyes and poured so much water down my shirt that I had to go and change before my haircut. I asked for a 2 inch trim (I even asked her to show me how much she was cutting off) with some layers, but she took almost 5 inches off and shortened by long, side-swept bangs to straight, forehead bangs. The cherry on top was that they had outdated pricing online (it ended up being $10 more than I was expecting) and they wouldn't honor the coupon from my first botched visit (even though the stylist who gave it to me was right there). Needless to say, avoid this salon at all costs.
