Historic Holly Hotel

Wonderful service great wait staff been going there for years love it ! Comedy club on the weekends is a lot of fun as well!

We had our wedding at the Holly Hotel on July 25, 2015 and had a horrible, traumatizing experience. We wrote a letter to the owners, sent emails and called the facility and have heard no response. We are now seeking legal action to get our money back. We had a total of 18 different issues that we addressed in the letter. From small things to VERY large issues that couldn't be ignored. Even though everything for my daughter's wedding was pre-arranged from table placement with and isle for the bride to walk down, food, cake to the flowers. When we got their she did not have an isle to walk down. The tables were not arranged properly, food was terrible, one piece of meat and 3 bones and soup in the beef dishes, very dry desserts. Food took over an hour -1/2 hours to get to the guests. No bouquet for the one of the bridesmaids. The cake was lopsided and dry and not even close to what we had discussed and not made by a pastry chef. They did not clean the room or the brides room, it was filthy. We had to have them move some furniture where the bride and groom stood to get married. We were all were very disappointed for a 5 star restaurant. They totally ruined my daughters wedding. The only good thing was the mimosa's and the bride, groom and bridal party looked stunning. Our guests and I will not be returning to the Historic Holly Hotel for any reason.

My bf took me here for our first date. He booked a table in a small, cozy little room. The lighting was perfect, the waiter was friendly, the food was amazing. We shared a delicious bottle of wine and our leftovers were wrapped up into a tin foil swan. We saw the comedy show after. Comedians were great! No wonder he became my bf shortly after!
