Dog Holiday Kennel

I had dropped off our pomapoo Sunday morning (6/28) for a grooming. Upon arriving to the Dog Holiday I told the receptionist I wanted our dog to have a medium haricut, NOT SHORT. I was told I would receive a call when I can pick up the dog but it should be around noon. Having not received the call by noon, at 1:00 I decided to go to the Dog Holiday anyway. On my way there I got a call that they were closing up and I better hurry. When I got there I didn't even recognize my own dog. The receptionist I spoke to was already gone as was the person who did the grooming. When I told the person who was there that the grooming isn't what we wanted, ( I believe the person to be the owner ) she promptly blame the new receptionist on the mix ups. Of course when I got home I was blamed for the lousy grooming. I was asked why did I take her to such a place and don't they know what pomapoos are suppose to look like. Maybe the Dog Holiday is better at dog sitting because they sure can not cut dog hair. I wish I could post a before and after picture or just the after picture for people to see the butchered job they did.
