        My 8 year old broke his leg at your facility last week. A child three times his size was able to jump
        In to his space, landed on his leg, and resulted in an injury so severe that he is not only facing surgery but life-long complications with growth and development.

        I understand that accidents happen, I’m not normally one to point fingers and assign blame, but I have to say that I’m very disappointed that jumps weren’t being monitored more carefully, and completely shocked that nobody has even bothered to follow up and see what the outcome of the situation was.

        You will sign a waiver at Skyzone to assure that they can’t be held responsible for any injury that occurs, but what you don’t know is that they won’t do THEIR part to keep your kid safe, and they won’t really give a crap when something bad does happen.

        Overall

        We brought some kids from our church youth group here and we could not have had a better experience. The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. The employees were all very friendly, competent, and knowledgeable and they all took proper measures to ensure safety. And did I mention that we had a blast?! I highly recommend this place!
