I went in looking to buy a rifle. There was one employee talking to a customer when I walked in. He said hay as I walked past them. I looked at Ar-15s for 5 - 10 minutes, looking at the tags on them, trying to see the ones behind the counter, & not once did he say can I help you, or even acknowledge I was even in the building. While him & that customer were just talking about random stuff. It wouldn't have been so bad if they were talking business. When I was finally fed up with the lack of customer service I walked out, & he didn't say a word to me as I left. I had money in my pocket, & he missed a sale. Maybe he don't need my money. Either way he'll never get it. I won't go back.

Worst customer service I've ever seen!!! Bought a trailer on Saturday because the worker said it would fit what we needed get it home and it don't. We called on Sunday the next day wanting to get the larger one and was told had to pay $35.00 for paperwork. The customer fills out the paperwork and we hooked it up and checked it ourself. You would think they would want the difference in the cost of the trailer instead of losing a customer that has been there before. Never again will we ever go back and suggest you use someone else. Pro x place in ooltewah is great!!! Don't go out here!! The owner is beyond rude!!!
