Hope was an oral surgery assistant for nine years and then a general dental office administrative assistant for many years before joining Hillsdale Orthodontics in 2016. She works in our front office, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, billing insurance, and assisting our patients and families. She joined Hillsdale Orthodontics in 2016 and works with our new patients and families, explaining the treatment and walking them through the initial exam and appointments. At Hillsdale Orthodontics she provides chairside assisting to Dr. Potocki, including wire changes, RPEs, indirect bonding, reties, debonds, and patient instructions. She also works in our lab and handles sterilization procedures. Peggy is happy to be part of a work family that supports one another, always learning new things and laughing together as we provide life-changing care to our patients.
