Hope was an oral surgery assistant for nine years and then a general dental office administrative assistant for many years before joining Hillsdale Orthodontics in 2016. She works in our front office, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, billing insurance, and assisting our patients and families. Dawn’s background is in customer service and orthodontic treatment coordination. She joined Hillsdale Orthodontics in 2016 and works with our new patients and families, explaining the treatment and walking them through the initial exam and appointments. Understanding that families may have financial concerns, she also works on financial contracts, finding terms that fit with budgets. Dawn loves the camaraderie and teamwork that goes into the care for each and every patient. She also loves the laughter and joy we feel as a group and the opportunities we experience, every day, as we change the lives of our patients.

Peggy started her career in as a hygienist in general dentistry in 1982. In 1990 she moved to orthodontics and hasn’t looked back. At Hillsdale Orthodontics she provides chairside assisting to Dr. Potocki, including wire changes, RPEs, indirect bonding, reties, debonds, and patient instructions. She also works in our lab and handles sterilization procedures. Peggy is happy to be part of a work family that supports one another, always learning new things and laughing together as we provide life-changing care to our patients.
