        Overall

        The staff is friendly and know a lot of the customer's. The pizza was hot and really good.

        I was not very pleased with ma...

        I was not very pleased with many aspects of Papa Johns.

        I had a Promo code for a free pizza and soda and found out when I called to order a pizza while on the road, I had to order it online because they did not have the ability to do it in store. The online order system was not user friendly and whatever you do, DO NOT use a GPS to get you to your destination. I used 3 different navigation devices and NONE of them took me where I needed to go. After 15 min on the phone with Papa Johns, I was finally informed that the GPS address is different.

        When I did finally get to my destination, my Pizza was rather old (about 45 min of sitting) and they forgot to give me my soda and that was after waiting 5 min at the counter for someone to assist me.

        I would recommend a website update!
