This people also own a company called grout cleaning master , same management !!!!! BAD NEWS they do not honor estimates , once they start the job they want to renegotiate the price , my floor was left unfinished and my furniture a mess , not reliable at all . watch out ! No professionalism at all . They wanted to change my price to. 100 percent more than original quote , call 4 hours of work a work day .

Garbage service. The lady (Cindy) never answers the phone, and when she does, she's walking through a store, children screaming in the background and then she gives you an attitude. They were supposed to stop by for a small 20 foot gutter installation which they didn't deem necessary the first time they installed gutters around the rest of my mother's house. This is the second time that we schedule for them to come out and do the installation and no one showed up, or even called us. Lets not forget that as understanding and polite customers we deserve good customers service from beginning to end. Don't waste your tie for these people. If good service is too much to ask for, you shouldnt be in business.

These hacks installed gutters on my house. Soon after they left was a downpour and the gutters started making a popping noise. I went outside during the rain storm and saw that the gutters were bowing in the middle and no water was coming out of the down spouts. Luckily I am a retired skilled tradesman. I immediately grabbed my drill and removed the incorrectly mounted gutter supports to allow the water to drain. When the rain passed I took out a level and saw that they had installed them with no pitch, they were tightly against the drip edge all the way down the 60ft. of my house. REALLY!! Then I checked my other section of gutter they installed, also with not pitch. Not once did I see a level or a chalk line drawn to make sure they had the right pitch. So now after spending the previous day scrapping, calking and painting my fascia boards before the install I am left with holes I had to repair and an unacceptable install. Furthermore my neighbors said the same thing happen to her. I also asked my other neighbors that recommended this co. if I could look inside their gutters. I found that that the gutter had their own ecosystem of gnats, mosquitos and algae from all the standing water. In my opinion they had one chance to do it right and they are not coming back. This company can shove there warrantee and I will make sure everybody I know learns of my experience and intern passes it along.

Great service overall, i usually don't leave reviews but this company caught my attention, excellent customer service and the work looks very nice, my sister will be calling soon to do her house as-well, thanks.

My experience with Seamless Gutter Masters was less than desirable... salesman Javier tried to sell me the 7" gutters throughout the entire house instead of only in the area needed. More money in his pocket at the cost of the homeowner, BEWARE of salesman!! the installation team arrived, and did a great job on the gutter system. The next day I went on to my balcony and noticed that one of my floor tiles was shattered, seems like while they were cutting the roof tiles a piece fell from the roof and shattered the tile, then not have the decency to tell me about the accident. BEWARE of the installers!! check everything they are do. Making matters worse, I texted Seamless Gutter Masters the photos of the damages and they TOTALLY IGNORED ME. My advise #1. Make sure you are not persuaded by JAVIER, he is a salesman from the word go! #2. Watch the installation team like a hawk, Lastly as you can see by my experience the company does not stand behind their faults. Good Luck!

I was referred too gutter masters by a coworker and i setup a apointment to get a appraisal in my home. I had previous apraisals from too other companies and right of the bat i went with gutter masters they were on time and met my requirements. Next day was the installation and they arrived on time and performed a clean and profesional job i will further recommend. Thanks

Seamless gutter masters installed gutters in my house about two weeks ago and i im happy with my installation they took their time but it got done the right way thank you for your services

This company installed gutters in my home in July 2015 but when it rains the guttes leak. Also they do not drain because they were not given the right pitch . They just collect water and create lots of mold. I have spoken with Elbyn del Rio several times but they do not come to fix the issues. The worst is the contract we signed says ther is labot warranty forn5 years but they do not honor that. Once you pay you will not see them again. The warranty is a joke. Seamless Gutter Masters installed rain gutters in my mothers house and she was very pleased with the installation. It has been three years now and she has never complained or had an issue with them. i met then in the homeshow in miami beach and got estimate from seamless gutter masters as well 2 other estimates from 2 other companies. even though their price was a little bit higher than the 2 other estimates but the professionalism and knowledge of the sales rep sold me. the only company that showed me a license, and gave me a folder with all my warranties. great job!!

I found seamless gutter masters on google i called for an appraisal. They came the same day to give me pricing. Jr came by very professional walked the house with me, showed me colors that best matched my home, provided licenses and insurance and gave me a great price. We scheduled the work for a Saturday morning. Installers arrive at 9:15am they walked the house with me very professional and polite men. By 2pm my job was finished it came out very nice and clean. I am satisfied with there services. Thank you

I had gutters installed in about two weeks ago and couldn't be happier about my entire experience. I don't usually write reviews, but felt Seamless Gutter Masters deserved the time it takes to write this review. First, 1 of the owners came out to the house to do the estimate in person, Elvin They were very knowledgeable about gutters, covers, and where and why downspouts needed to be placed. They gave me an awesome deal, and I even got to choose whatever color I wanted for the same price! The whole process took less than 45 minutes, but I didn't feel rushed. Secondly, the installers came and installed the job promptly and efficiently. Julian, and Jose I believe were their names. They were very polite, especially compared to some roofing guys I had at my house last year! They were in and out, and completely cleaned up in less than 3 hours! Lastly, we had few nice rain storms the past days and the gutters performed awesomely. I got the leaf shelter covers on mine and even during the heaviest rain the gutter caught every drop, I was amazed! Thank you

I was recommended to seamless gutter masters by a close friend and he did a great job recommending seamless gutter masters him and his coworkers have been using gutters masters for quite some years. I shop around and got over 4 estimates. Seamless gutter masters was the company with best prices had colors for me too choose from where extremely professional and showed me copies of all their licenses from each county. There pricing is honest and straight forward. I signed the contract on the spot and two days later my gutters where up. It was great the installers where very professional and seemed to know everything from a to z. I will be recommending seamless gutter masters too all my friends. Thank you

This company did great work in my home i had various estimates it was kind of hard to get other companies out for a estimate but when i called seamless gutters they came same day i called, came on time they detailed everything took there time explaining showed license and insurance witch is rare in s miami i scheduled work got my entire home done in 3 hrs and it looks great.

This customer ( Will L) got a quote from one of our sales rep. a contract/proposal was made. when job was performed customer was present, job was done customer was happy and paid.(Note customer was on top of our installers at all times during the installation checking every little detail) three days later customer calls complaining that he wanted the installation with hangers however in our written contract hangers are not stated and thats what we go by our contract. in the bottom of our contract/proposal papers signed by client there is a note that clearly states that unless requested by client all installation are performed with spike and ferrules (nails) our company apologizes for the misunderstanding however an installation with spike and ferrules doesn't make a gutter installation wrong. WE CAN PROVE THAT BY LETTING YOU KNOW THAT WE HAVE OVER 500,000.00 SATISFIED CUSTOMERS IN SOUTH FLORIDA WHICH INSTALLATION HAVE BEEN PERFORMED WITH SPIKE AND FERRULES (NAILS).





In response to (Olga D) a proposal was given to this customer Grout Cleaning Masters which is a another company that we own she was recommended by Leo Garcia which he used to work for us at the time. The floor she has is a mexican tyle which is supposed to be sealed with a water based sealant. However when our floor technician gets to the job site explains to the customer that her floor was sealed with a oil based sealant that is used for concrete not mexican tyle making a to day job turn into a six day job when explained to the customer she disrespectfully started cursing out our technician and even patted him in the back and kicked him out of her property. we base our estimates on facts if a different solution is applied to the floor the sales rep wont know until technician starts applying chemicals to the floor. We are going to take this opportunity to let you know of a recent robbery committed by LEO GARCIA to SEAMLESS GUTTER MASTERS and ABC SUPPLY and the vehicle used for the robbery was under your name OLGA DE LA PAZ (OLGA D) we don't know your involvement and we aren't accusing you of anything but there is a police report. thank you very much.



In response to (Sed Teiger) we won a BBB (BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU) dispute he was happy with the gutter installation however he had issues with the screen used in his property quoting that it wasn't properly installed however we have installed those same screens to thousands of customers without a problem. we offered to give him a complete refund on the screens and he declined we don't know what type of screen he wants. Sorry for the inconvenience we tried to resolve the issue like we always do with all our customers but we didn't reach to an agreement we used BBB TO ARBITRATE AND WE WON THE DISPUTE.

This firm had a stand at the recent Fort Lauderdale Home Show where I met the owner and his son. As I already had a quote from a couple of months previously, they said their salesman would call on Monday to schedule another meeting to insure the quote was accurate. No call on Monday, did call back on Tuesday after I called their office. He came by on Wednesday, quote was still valid. Installation was set up for Friday, two days later. Also, after I told the salesman that I did not want nails through the metal flashing, he showed me the type clamp that was to be used and assured me that the metal flashing would not be penetrated. His crew showed up on time, started the installation but had to leave to get the correct color downspouts; crème was specified on my quote while white was noted on their copy. They finished the installation mid-afternoon Friday. Everything looked good and I paid them in full by check. The next day I checked out their work, found that nails had been driven through the metal flashing, in spite of my insistence to their salesman that this was to be avoided as this is the major reason for fascia boards rotting out. I called their office on Saturday morning and spoke to the owner’s son who promised to have his father call me. He never did. Early the next week we had a rather heavy rainfall and I saw that there was some splash-over, with the water draining down the roof and flowing over the gutters, not into them, and ending up in my swimming pool. Also, two of the downspouts are leaking. I placed several calls from Monday to Friday but the owner did not bother to reply. Finally, on Friday, one week after the installation, I spoke to a person at their office who “officially” took down my complaint and said that she would inform the owner. Today is Wednesday, eleven days after my first phone call and I have not yet received a call from the owner. I must say that I cannot recommend this firm to anyone requiring rain gutter installation. If all is well, maybe one could, but certainly not if there are any complaints or other issues to be addressed.

I needed new gutters i called and scheduled an appointment next day Jr with sales came out he was right on time very profesional young man price was average due to i had other estimates already, i signed w him right away next day installers came to my home and within 3 hours my gutters were installed all around and they look great :)

These people were awesome i met them at the miami beach home show they came to my house gave me an excellent price next two days my gutters were done and look really beautiful they also recomended polishhing my floors witch is under same owners (grout cleaning masters) they polished my terrazo floors and looks great.

Great job from the sales guy to the installer they were really professional and always on time.
