        They continue to mess up on our orders. It is quite inconvenient as a business owner to have to return to this store to exchange tinting film because the employees here have no idea what they are doing. Also, the owner Alex is very arrogant and lacks basic customer service skills. He definitely does NOT value customer loyalty.

        Btw, the owner and his family enjoy leaving positive reviews for this business. FB, Yelp, etc. 🤦‍♂️
