Car bought at online auction, stating the engine was functioning properly. Upon receipt, a noticeable shake while driving. Took the vehicle for inspection & failed. 1st repair bill $978.00, split in half & NOT fixed due to needing a engine head job. Asked Joseph to buy the car back or pay the repairs since he didn't state engine issues upfront. He said I should "take responsibility for my actions for buying a car at auction that MAY need some repairs", although it was not stated. I said I would file a complaint if he couldn't resolve this, he said if I slandered his name in any way, he would "sue my face off." He had lots of money! Shortly after, he emailed he wanted to make it right & would pay repair bill. I removed negative review in hopes of a + outcome. ,2nd repair bill $2500.00, paid for by me! Joseph bragged about how much money he had & sent a pic of his bank account. Both mechanics stated car shouldn't have been sold like this. By far the worst person I have ever dealt with.

I never thought selling my car quickly for a fair price would go this smoothly.

There was absolutely no hassle or bs..I drove my 2008 BMW X5 4.8 to their Hewlett location and was out with a check in hand, in a matter of minutes.

On top of that they gave me a ride to the LIRR station.
