        The salesman that we dealt with was not forthcoming with all our plan inform, and sold my son a new phone instead of helping him file an insurance claim. He was also very unprofessional when saying they were having trouble keeping management at this location when I asked to speak to his manager. He also told me I was not on my son's account when the receipt clearly has the account under my name. Do not use this 3rd party store!
