Farm Bureau Insurance

I had only been with FB for a few months when I was hit from the rear by a uninsured motorist. Farm Bureau was wonderful they towed my car and had me a rental by the next day. They fixed my car and got me a very nice settlement. Thank you I have never been treated so well by a insurance company. It was a blessing. Ria

Tiffany the girl in the front office treats perfect drivers like they are criminals. One would think that Insurance Companies would like to have perfect drivers insured. Instead of being happy to have your business she acts as if you are on trial and that you should be happy to allow her to write you insurance. Taking my business elsewhere! Insurance is just to expensive to put up with rude Administrative Assistants that act like they own the place. I'm thinkin Jeff West allows her to react to his clients in this fashion. Don't have to put up with this thank goodness!! Do yourself a favor and pick another agent!
