This store is a joke. If you go into a REAL music store, you grab a guitar, a pair of sticks, or whatever and jam. I grabbed some the sticks the 2x and started to test some cymbals and I thought the guy [I later learned was the owner] was going to have a coronary. Scolded me for even thinking about it. In REAL music stores, you can play instruments.... yes... you can actually play them - and are encouraged to play them. At Musician's Friend and Sam Ash I've gotten into jam sessions with other patrons and we rocked the place. The staff were dancing behind the counter while we did it.

My wife ordered sheet music from them once [yes, once] and it took FOREVER.

If you can't play the instruments there for that tactile interaction, what good is the store? Go online and forget this irrelevant, clueless vendor.

Always first class service. Always available to explain about things I don't understand or need help with. Have been very pleased with the shop inventory and the service provided for the last 3 years. I do intend on continuing shopping for my music needs here for a long time seeing as my two young boys both play instruments.
