When you buy a camper from the Asheville Camping World they talk about one of the perks is you can use their dump station for free. When you use it you find out their dump station is always filthy. Please see picture. But to be fair I have used the dump station at multiple Camping Worlds since and they are all filthy and sometimes hard to get to so I guess they are just living up to their company standards!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM THIS PLACE. We made the mistake in mid May and wish we would have gone somewhere that appreciated our business.

We should have known there was going to be problems from day one. We were scheduled to have our walk through and when we arrived, the unit wasn't ready. We were having the bed replaced and one of the toilets, neither had been done. In fact, the toilet was sitting in a box next to the unit. I guess we were lucky they had a bed in stock otherwise we would have been SOL. The person that was supposed to walk through the unit with us spent about 10 minutes with us. We still don't know how to use a number of things. The unit hadn't even been cleaned up or anything. Very disappointing.

During the sales process, we were told a number of things that were not true and actually were an out and out lie. We do not have a truck to pull our 5th wheel at this time so we had the unit delivered. We were told if we had any warranty items to be fixed they could have a mobile unit come out...well that was a lie. We have two items we've been trying to fix for over 3 months and haven't gotten them fixed yet.

We have made numerous phone calls to the Service Dept. and the Service Manager. We even made a trip in twice and talked to the General Manager. They all tell you they are gonna fix the items and they never do anything. They do not return phone calls, they pass the buck and do absolutely nothing. The General Manager even admitted to us he has Service Dept. issues and he's working on getting them resolved, but he has been as useless as everyone else. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...!

If you make a study, how rude it can get, how people act who have no plan about customer service, if you want to know, how often theycan lie to somebody within 5 minutes, if you want to know, how long you can stand in front of a service desk without being aknowledged and how people react, when you treat them with the same respect they treat you - well- this is the right place to go. If you don't have an appointment (most important thing in the whole store)- don't even bother to go there. I can't tell you how to make an appointment, because they don't even pick up the phone or call you back. If you like to get sarcastic- don't bother- they don't understand the reason and do absolutely not like it (you have an appointment? - well, if you would had picked up the phone within the last 4 days, where I called you over 20 times, you would know why I'm here...) no- after that they refuse to do anything for you at all. Especially, when they figure out, that you're angry- for them, that's a challenge, how far they can go. And they don't like it, when you contact the manufacturer and find out about their lies (the manufacturer does not respond, manufacturer declined warranty, manufacturer is behind with warranty claims, manufacturer has no parts, etc...) and if you even dare to confront them with their lies and tell them to call a specific person at the manufacturer to solve the issue- they tell you: don't tell us how to do our job and hang up the phone (when you're really lucky to get someone on the phone at all). When you then after month appear unannounced and find your brand new, 1 month old camper in the dirtiest last place of the lot, full with mud (what did they do? going muddin?) dust and bird poop and finally loose it, don't expect them to reflect them self and ask, what did I do wrong, that the customer goes off on us?. No- they will try to lecture you, how to behave and communicate with them, will tell you again the lie about the unresponsive manufacturer (even though you know already that that's a lie) and if you then tell them, that you pick up your unrepaired camper to get it somewhere else, don't expect them to be careful with your expensive property- they love to drop it a foot high down on the tongue jack. have fun there and enjoy. For me- I will avoid this store and Camping World at all, like the Devil holy water in future and go, where I'm valued as good paying and loyal customer..

Please save your time and go elsewhere.... I made a deal with them and was assusred several times that I had a done deal and they even set up a time for me to pick up my unit. After taking the day off and hooking to my camper and pulling it an hour and a half over there, they advise me that they need money to do the deal. I had been given a signed bill of sale with 0 down on it. So, when all was said and done, they still have their camper and me, mmine. I complained to Camping World who had the general manager call me. She wanted to talk about financing but my compalint was why was I told I had a approved deal when I wasn't, she didn't seem to want to discuss that when I redirected the conversation back to my issue. She just said, "well, I was just making a call back". She really didn't seem to care about my satisfaction or wanting to resolve the issue... Never even said I am sorry your were told that or all the time and money I was out for believing them.

Stay away from here, unless you like lies!!!

The most rudest CW employees at any facility I have ever visited across the U.S. Was in line @ parts desk for 20 minutes, when it was finally my turn , the man said he would be right back & went out of sight to the back. Other employees at the desk refused to wait on me saying I would need to wait for the guy to come back. Never once did they see if he was coming back, just continued to let me stand there waiting. My wife finally got one of the ladies to page him to the desk. About 5 minutes later, he reappeared, never once apologized for leaving me standing. He did not know anything about the part I was seeking, after giving him the part numbers that I had with me, he printed off an estimate sheet, then turned around & started talking with another employee. He didn't ask if I wanted to place an order or anything. Very disappointed in this facility. Each time I have been here, the employees have been rude & unknowlegable about their products.
