Postnet

This store provides many business services promptly with high level of professionalism. I never go to the post office and I can drop off medium sized parcels for Fedex, UPS, and post office which saves me trips to bigger stores, and they ship packages as well. They do get busy, but they are still faster than bigger stores!

I've been a VERY happy customer of this PostNet for almost 5 years, despite other places I could rent a mailbox, ship packages, buy stamps, fax, get printing or have something notarized.

Because I'm there at least 5 times EVERY week, I can attest to the friendliest and fastest service 99% of the time. Like any good business, they do get busy at times. Everyone who works there smiles and has a positive helpful courteous attitude. I suspect that the negative reviews are by people who have a bad attitude or were in a hurry.

I don’t give 5 stars to many businesses but this PostNet and the people there truly deserve it.

I stopped in your store on Tuesday 05/24/11 around 4:30 pm. I spoke to ******* and was interested in getting several prints done by Postnet. I was told by ****** that my print for first proof would take 3 business days. I spoke to several employees of Postnet and was given the run around with the progress of my print. I was told by Saturday 05/28/11 the latest it would be ready. I called again on Saturday and was told that nothing had been done and that the person who is doing my art work is sick and out of office till Monday 05/30/11. I called again on Tuesday 05/31/11 and spoke to ******* and was told that nothing was done and i would get a personal call back with in 15 minutes with an explanation and some kind of answers. That never happened! I had to callback 30 minutes later and spoke to another employee and was told everything would be ready to go Wednesday fist thing. I also want to state that I emailed several times with logo's and information with NEVER getting a reply back. It is now Wednesday 06/01/11 and I never received a courtesy call for any inconvenience or explanation of why a 3 day process has taken 8-9 days. I personally went to Postnet today and asked for my folder with all paperwork that I left for information needed. ******** was confused with who I was and the company I was inquiring about. This came to no shock with the service I have been given by Postnet. Finally a young man sitting behind a computer asked me what, who and how could he help me.....then Bing! He had my art work literally in font of him working on it uncompleted... I asked him to stop and I was going to take my business else where.... nobody tried to reason with me for not wanting to do business or show any kind of concern.... I was given my folder and I left.



I am a 3rd Generation to the Las Vegas Valley and NEVER had I been involved with such horrific service. The Vegas Valley is a great city, bad business travels fast. I will NEVER do business with Postnet nor recommend your company to any person!
