Worst experience of my life. Ordered online Togo & had a $5 off promo code applied. Arrived to pick it up & they charged me full price. I noticed when I was paying and pulled the card. The manager Beth was called & began the rudest interaction of my life.
After showing the manager the email with the $5 discount applied & the subtotal she refused to honor my discount & insisted I pay the full price. By this point I had been in the store for 20 min. Yet because I believe in proving my point I decided to order on my phone and instead pay online.
While doing so the manager Beth insisted on standing next to me like a hawk & looking over my shoulder. I sat in the waiting area during this & a fellow patron even noticed the odd interaction & asked me if anything was wrong. It was at this point I realized I was seemingly the only Asian person in the room & I had a manager watching over me as I order food from a phone. Awkward right? Rude & slightly racist to be honest.
Anyways back to my coupon. Ordered the food with the coupon. Paid online. Was charged the discounted price & went to the register. She runs everything and pulls out a receipt showing my payment & another receipt showing..you guessed it another $5 dollar invoice. She manually rang up an additional $5 invoice on top of my online order receipt. So I asked her what if I sent someone to pick up my food in place of me? She insisted they'd have to pay this $5 too. It was at this point I walked out foodless.
Remembering to get my receipt since I was already charged $27 (and for pictures to prove my point) I reentered and waited in line again to ensure my transaction was refunded. Noticeably this time, the security guard was called and standing behind me the whole time. Got my receipt and left. From beginning to end, I never raised my voice nor was I aggressive in the slightest way. What a horrible experience, I will never eat at an establishment so rude & questionably racist.
Maybe Asians just gotta pay full price.

Salad n wine...

Truly divine! The dressing is a little salty for my husband, but when I want a fresh crisp salad and a bottle of wine to share, this is the place I enjoy.

here at the olice garden they serve you breadsticks and salad with each meal. The choices on the menu are plentiful and the staf is attentive and very helpful
