        Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.

        I have not been to this store, however I called to get store hours and although I tried to update the info on this page, I figured until it updates Ill post their store hours in the comments for those wanting to know. So here it is: Mon-Sat 8AM-8PM and Sun 10AM-7PM

        It is great and has awesome prices.Just a little distance to drive for us Ohio Countians,but have sent a lot of people there.Would there ever be a chance to get a Rulers in Beaver Dam,Ky (Ohio County)?I think it would do great.Please come.
