Very welcoming staff!!
Every staff member I encountered during my stay at Econo Lodge Helen GA Hotel greeted me and left me with a feeling that they truly wanted me to enjoy my stay at their hotel. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We will be staying here again. The location is great for many near-by stores. We did not hear any noise from outside or inside. The breakfast was the best 'breakfast included' we've ever had. The breakfast area was constantly being looked-after and was exceptionally clean. All in all a great experience and we would stay there again!
The Econo Lodge in Helen, Ga had the cleanest room I have ever been it. It was so fresh and inviting. The staff was extra friendly and answered all our questions about what to do and where to eat. The pool was small but nice and clean. The breakfast (and coffee) was a good way to start the day. The area surrounding the motel was absolutely beautiful. We look forward to our next stay here
When we arrived it was a blessing meeting the staff and owners.The service was very helpful with information about helen .the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with no noise .there is a large water park across the street.the price was very cheap compared to any other motels in the area and we will be coming back every time we can .ps...THANKS SAM and VANDA!
My wife and I just stayed at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was more then adequate. We will be staying here again in October. Can't beat it for the price.
My sister-in-law and I take our grand girls to Helen every year for a "girls trip". We always stay at the Econo lodge. Dawn is so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Always a room by the pool for us. Great location, right across the street from Helen Water Park and close proximity to Sunburst Stables where we always horseback ride and zip line. We will always return to this Econo Lodge
This was our second time to stay at Econo Lodge in Helen. My family and I always have clean rooms and prompt service. Also wanted to add that Dawn at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Three cheers for Dawn! Thank you
Front Desk Girl was GREAT we got there kinda late on a Friday night & were ready for bed she was very quick getting our information, checking us in, & getting us our keys. She deserves a raise for sure, I mean I don't know what the girl makes but she is awesome at what she does & I'm all about giving credit where credit is due! Thanks to my insomnia I slept for about 3 hrs & woke up wanting to tell her what a good job she did last night
I was offered a last minute check in with my girls. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple yet fulfilling. Couldn't ask for a better quick rip, overnight stay! And the room was clean and so was the pool :)
Room clean.Everything in working order.Great nights sleep.Friendly staff.Only thing I did notice was the clamp lock on door was loose,screws were working there way out.If someone shuts the door too hard you will be locked out.Other than that Great stay and we will be back.
