Spring Mills Auto Repair

Called a week ahead to schedule appointment for a sensor, brakes, and some other maintenance issues. Dropped car off on a Friday and was told it would be done at the latest Saturday. After not being called back, I call them to be told they couldn't get the part until about the time they close. I explain I can't wait until then I have to work at 8pm and I would pick the car up by 1 before they closed. I was told to hold on she would call the mechanic. I again get no call back, so I call at 1245. This time I get told that they have another vehicle to work on and the mechanic is gonna stay late and work on them. Assures me they will finish and call me. She also gave me a "Mike's" number I could call. 630 I call the number and get no answer or call back. Go by the shop to see my car hasn't moved. Now I need a ride to work at 8 and a ride home at 3am and my car is stuck at shop until Monday when they open. Showed up Monday to be offered no explanation or even a sorry. Car never been touched
