        I went there to purchase some "natural" medication for congestion. The lady I met was extremely kind and helpful. I have actually been in the store several times over the years and have found the staff courteous and helpful each time. I am satisfied that they will do their best to assist customers in finding the items they want.

        I am only giving them one star...

        I am only giving them one star because it will not let me give them no stars. I wanted to shop local and spend my money where I live instead of online. So much for that! The lady working was terribly rude. I wanted to smell one of the massage lotions I was going to buy and she rudely approaches me and says, "you can't open the bottle." I said, "I wasn't opening it, I was smelling it." She said, "you can't do that" so I replied, "if I can't smell it, I won't buy it" I will buy my $17 lotion online or in Columbus where my business is appreciated. How about trying to be helpful to the customer instead of rude?
