Stonehaven Apartments

Please do not move here. what they fail to tell you is that after the 6th of the month you will pay 75 dollar late fee than after the 11th of the month they asses another 350.00. this is every month you are late. the front desk were not helpful. they were very rude any time I had any questions or concerns. these people are the worst. they will evict you maliciously. BYER BEWARE! don't be fooled by the fake smiles in the office. they need that bonus money. there need to be a mass lawsuits with these people because I know there are hundreds of people that have been swindled into these bull**** contracts. don't do it!

I have only lived in this apartment complex for a little over two months now and I can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever lived in. The buildings are badly built, I hear bumping from the apartments on either side of me all day and night whenever my neighbors move. On the second floor, all of the rooms have floors that creek. It is really bad as I cannot walk from one part of the room to the other without hearing a creek. On top of all of that, the walls are ridiculously thin! I hear everything that my neighbors on either side of me do. Who needs a tv when I can hear theirs? And who needs an alarm clock when I can wake up every morning at 4:45am with the sound of my neighbors alarm clock? This is ridiculous! I have never lived in an apartment with such thin walls! And did I mention that the kitchen appliances are almost 30 years old? I looked in the microwave and the copyright said 1985! I will NOT be renewing my lease, and I will never recommend this this place to anyone! This is the most I've ever paid and the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I've complained to the "leasing agent" (and I use that term loosely) who helped me sign my lease and was given the run around - she never truly addressed my concerns - this is because at the end of the day there is nothing she can do, they will continue to rent these badly built apartments, making no improvements because they are all about the money. DON'T MOVE HERE! There are better apartments for lower prices. I made my mistake, don't make the same one that I did.
