Farben quoted a job based on prints/requirements we supplied. When mat'l was brought to facility we were then told they couldn't do it. We had to take to another painter that cost more plus the driver's wasted time. We quoted our customer based on their quote. In trying to recoup our losses because of their error I have NEVER received a return call or letter. NOTHING!!!! Not a professional company. Absentee owner that does not care about his customers, only money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FARBEN!!!!!
