Community Church Of Hayward

I think that this Day care is alright for the childern, but this place has a lot of issues. The staff their always seem to be confused about what to do in the morning, and they don't have enough teachers there qualified to be with the children a lone so that's a problem. They are suppose to be a christian preschool and daycare, but they don't show it. I forgive them for whatever happens, but they need to learn to be HONEST, FAIR, AND RESPECTFUL. The director hads her two daughters working there and one of her daughters friends who works there also. The daughters to me always seem to have problems with the other staff members and their mother who is the director I guess always side with her daughters. One of her daughters told me that if a parent is rude with her that she would get rude back with them. I had to correct her and tell her that she had to be professional and handle it in a respectable way. I guess she feels she could do that because her mother is in charge. I think that her mother should be fair with all staff and everyone should be respectable of others. I also think that family shouldn't work together, because it always seems to cause problems. All in all if they can't be fair and christian like at this school, they shouldn't call it a christian school. My children likes it there, because they enjoy the company of their friends who are in the program. I think this place needs training in certain areas and maybe they would improve. I know of ONLY two teachers there who are nice and who are real Godly women. Everyone else their to me are fake. I'm just being REAL, and i'm not lying.
