Bel Amour Bridal

Minus 100 stars , worst ever Bel Amour in Westside Shopping Center.

I will never go there again. My dress was 400 dollars and when I went to bring it home from being in layway the had so much things with it. My senior prom was almost ruin because of this.

In 2013 I chose this shop to order a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding. All of the bridesmaids ordered their dresses on the same day. The other bridesmaids received their dresses a full month before I did. I continuously called this shop to find out what was going on and I got no answer besides it should be in soon! I did not receive the dress until the day before I was to fly out to the wedding. I'm pretty sure the shop owner also did my measurements wrong because the dress needed serious alterations because it was too big everywhere! I could literally step into the dress and pull it up without unzipping it. So here I am the day before departure calling people to get my dress altered. Luckily the shop that the bride ordered her sister's dress from was willing to do one day alterations on my dress and everything worked out, but shopping at Belle Amour was by far my worst shopping experience.

I walked in to look for a prom dress. I approached the lady with a smile and asked her to look trough some books. As I was asking her for prices she seemed to get annoyed. It looked like she didn't want to help me! Very rude, not even a smile. It looks like she's forced to work there!

I can't express how aweful I was treated at this place! Be warned! I got married in 2010 and chose this shop for my bridesmaid dresses, the owner has no respect for people or her customers. She will tell you a price, then after you pay change it to something else! Trust me, avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!
