Hartland Meadows

Nice community so far. Reasonably quiet and clean - well kept neighborhoods. We have been here since June. Water bill was a bit of a surprise - over 50.00 per month and there are only 3 of us living here - and that was before we installed the softener. I'd recommend one as the water does have some iron in it.

I have lived here for 9 years now. Owners are great. I needed a new roof in the worst way. Could not afford it. They loaned me the money interest free for a new roof. They are very kind and considerate people.

I have lived here since 2007 and used to think it was a nice place. They installed water meters on all homes. Water bill could be $25-$150 or more. Had purchase a water softener and air induction filter to take out the oxidized iron ruining all the appliances and clothing. My last water heater only lasted 7 years and they cost about $1000.
Management is very unfriendly. Went to talk with them about the water bill I couldn't afford. I was very upset and crying. The woman just had an attitude. Didn't believe that my water was full of rust because she didn't have that problem. Told by management to bypass water softener and filter if you don't want a high water bill, then the water is ruining appliances and clothing again. Without the water system my water is yellow. If you don't pay your water bill they will evicted you because they consider it part of your rent. No help or compassion regarding my situation. Would not recommend to low income families or single mothers to live here.

I have lived at Hartland Meadows for over 2 years. I find the community to be fantastic! The office staff is always helpful, the maintenance goes above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier living here. I looked at many communities before choosing Hartland Meadows. I have no problems with the water either.
